ARE WE READY FOR THESE UNCOMFORTABLE CONVERSATIONS? Honestly, it doesn’t even matter if we’re ready or not because the time has come. We can not delay these conversations anymore because we aren’t “ready” or “comfortable”. Deep, thought-provoking and healing conversations will cause huge emotional rollercoasters within our world and within our own set of beliefs. Change doesn’t happen when we are “comfortable” but when we take the courage to stand up for adversity and demand change.
